NO RESERVE.....Th is Auction is for an OUTSTANDING set of American Flyer 21920 & 21920-1 Missouri Pacific PA/PA Diesel Engines. Also included are the Original Boxes. Manufactured in 1958, this is perhaps one of the best examples we have seen in a long time. Both units were test run today. The Powered Unit Runs and performs perfect as does the dummy unit with diesel roar. Both headlights work….. The set appears to be all original with very minimal run time and handling, crisp bright lettering and paint; the antenna nubs are still present. Please note that the center horn of the molded horn assembly on the 21920 powered unit is missing (see picture 5) to which we will include a new horn with the items….. we chose not to replace this horn so we could state the belief of originality. The 21920 box has all flaps with the unmarked main flap being taped in place. The 21920-1 Box has all flaps firmly attached. Both boxes have the usual minimal separation at the joint of the main flaps and the small tuck flaps. Please email us if you require additional pictures or information.
