This is an 11 inch Royal Bonn lidded vase with a soft sanded texture. At one time it was converted into a lamp, and it must have made quite an statement. I meant to find a base and turn it back into a lamp, but never got around to it. Just about all of the décor is outlined in gold. T are gold lines everyw It is hard to capture this in the photos but you can see what I mean. Almost all the photos are without flash. All of the white leaves, daisy edges and some of the Victorian maidens dress are of a tall, thick, heavily raised white paste enamel. This effect adds great death and gives the decor a 3D effect. The back side, with its gorgeous blue flowers and time consuming geometric designs is very impressive also. As you can plainly see, this vase was 100% decorated by hand. This is a very busy, totally decorated vase, and it is beautiful. The only damage are the holes that were made to convert this into a lamp at one time. T is NO Bonn crazing, and no hairlines running from the lamp cord hole. The vase with its lid stands 13 inches tall. 33cm. It is 8 inches wide. 20cm. Unpacked wieght = 5lb. 7 oz. If the winning buyer finds any damage I have missed or feels that I have grossly misrepresented an item, they should inform me within 7 days of shipping. If t is a legitimate complaint I will be more than happy to buy the item back, and I will reimburse you 100% of all shipping charges. Why should the buyer pay shipping both ways to look at and return a mistake I made? On the other hand , any identification tag must still be intact, and the item must be in the same shape upon return. Also, I do not sell on your approval. No frivolous returns . LOOK AT THE PHOTOS, ASK QUESTIONS. I happily accept all forms of payment. I prefer pay pal. I reserve the right to adjust insurance costs at auctions close and will ADD the cost to the set shipping charges. I will invoice the winner and adjust the insurance rate within 24 hours of the auctions close. I ship by both UPS and the US postal service. It all depends on insurance and were I am going to be on the day that I ship. I carefully pack my items to survive, so don't fret. If you have a preference please let me know. I will be happy to oblige. Shipping charges are set. If I am off by more that a buck, I will forward that back to you.
