This Ovation Classic, Acoustic Electric Guitar - Model 1613 - 4 , has had one owner and is in good condition. However, the strings presently in place will need replacing by a competent person, possessing the required knowledge of handling guitars. This guitar was purchased in Leeds in 1983 and comes in a rigid heavy duty light brown moulded plastic case - complete with the original documentation - apart from the owners details, which have been removed from the Guitar Preparation Document (see photo). The owners manual is part of this documentation. The original Audio Jack connection lead is also included. Being nearly 30 years old, this guitar is perhaps a collectors item. I know there is a similar model for sale in a London shop for £795.00. I am asking £480.00 for this instrument, with best offer status. Because this item is costly to transport, I am not considering a courier service for now, just a 'Local Pick Up' option. This provides an opportunity for would be buyers to have a really good look at the instrument and be happy to seal the purchase, knowing first hand the instruments condition - a return policy therefore not being needed.
