You are viewing a rare and beautiful extra large salad serving fork in the sought after Les Six Fleurs pattern, circa 1901. This over sized fork features a fancy pierced and gold washed parabolic shaped bowl. T is also super high relief floral details in the bowl and both sides of the handle. Length is just shy of 10" and the weight is a whopping 5.8 oz. on my postal scale. Marked on the back with the old Reed and Barton logo and Sterling. The old serving pieces of this pattern do not have patent stamps on them but I know this piece is old because of the super high relief strike with sharp and crisp details, the wear, the older logo (not the modern Gorham re-issue version) and the patina. T is a little wear from light use and t is a nice dark patina that greatly enhances the high relief details. No monogram or other issues. This is really a super fine serving piece. Very nice to hold in the hand. Retails for $699 on . This is a 3 day, no reserve auction. Paypal only for international bidders.
