You are bidding on an Electric Grist Mill, and the front of the unit states that it's made by Ozark Mill Manufacturing. This dandy mill will grind any kind of grain or coffee. At about 50 pounds, the main weight lies with the very heavy stone grist and the motor, manufactured by Dayton. The grain is poured into a hopper at the top of the unit, and pushed down into the mill with a copper pin (shown). From t it falls into a metal pan at the bottom. The knob can be set to grind the grain from course to fine. T are a few spots of light rust on the motor housing, but these can be painted over if you'd like. This is a heavy duty appliance, and needs to be set up in one place, preferably in a garage or shop. As with all these types of mills, it is rather loud when doing it's duty, so it's not really for kitchen or apartment use. Shipping and Return Policy · I now ship only by UPS on most shipments, and no insurance is required. · I ONLY ship to the 48 contiguous states. No overseas orders, no APO , FPO, or Post Office boxes allowed at this time. If you really want me to ship overseas, I will get you the shipping costs, etc. · I will combine shipping on multiple purchases whenever possible, in order to save postage. · I make every attempt to ship all orders within 1-5 business days. During the busy season, which includes September through December, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. If you wish expedited shipping, please email me for costs. Please note that the above processing time will still be the same as stated above. I do not inflate shipping costs, but at times a small handling charge will be added to orders totaling $150 and below, not including shipping. This is because some of our products may ship directly from the manufacturer and/or distributor, or I may use extra packaging materials for breakable items, and a small handling charge covers the costs of shipping materials and processing. · I will handle claims and deal with the freight carrier if t is damage to your shipment. If any packages are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage so you can notify me. · I will replace a product or issue a refund at my discretion, any product that has a defect in workmanship. All permitted returns must be pre-authorized, so please feel free to email me if you have a return. No returns will be accepted without preauthorization. · No item will be accepted for return or refund if it shows signs of wear or abuse from the customer. · I check inventory carefully before an item is listed, but in the event an item is temporarily out of stock, the buyer will have the option of waiting for it to restock or receiving a prompt and full refund, including any shipping and handling charges paid. · Please let me know immediately about any problems with your order, so that we can work together to resolve the issue. · T will be no returns on "as is" items, so please study the description carefully (I will always note any defects), and ask questions before you bid. PICKING UP ITEMS · For safety reasons, no local pickups will be allowed. PayPal · I prefer PayPal for your payments, but will accept money orders, cashier's checks, and checks.
