You are bidding on a First edition copy of Pablo Picasso by Eugenio D'Ors. Translated from the Spanish by Warre B. Wells. Paris/New York: Editions des Chroniques du Jour/ E. Weyhe, 1930. Quarto, 62 pages and fifty-four black and white plates, with four color pochoir plates. These plates alone are quite rare and valuable. This is one of 650 copies made in English, it is a First edition, #684 of 1250 copies. The exterior of the book is in fair to good condition and shows some wear with some splitting/tearing at the ends of the book's spine. The interior is in excellent condition and the four beautiful pochoir plates are intact and in excellent condition and are covered with the original parchment. These books are very hard to find in one piece, so this is truly a unique find. Please inspect all photos for condition of book, and should you want any more information, do not hesitate to contact me.
