T hanks for looking at our auction! We are offering this hand made drawing purchased at an antique store closeout in Florida. The art, not a print or mechanical reproduction of any type, is guaranteed to be 100% handmade with the medium specified. PLEASE READ: We purchase art in lots and are able to get beautiful hand made art pieces at very affordable prices from closing antique stores, estates, and auctions across the United States and Latin America. In all cases we study and compare art with published work for the artist, sample signatures, and condition and age of the paper to bring our customers beautiful and interesting art at great prices. We have over ten years of experience. This work has a letter of authenticity from Galeria Europa, a Latin American gallery active in the 60s. We have found and believe it closed in the middle of the 70s based on information we gathered from Colombian partners. The Director and signed of the certificate is Enrique Navas Pinzon, a Colombian art dealer that later went on to open the Enrique Navas Gallery in Bogota, Colombia. Due to health matters the gallery closed around 2006 and Mr. Navas passed away earlier this year. This drawing is framed and ready to hang.
