Pacific Cutlery (now known as Benchmade) TIMBA survival and combat knife. This knife was made in Japan in the late 1970s, but as the pictures show, you will see the Balisong Butterfly on the blade tang and on the back of sheath. This is an excellent combat survival knife. It was carried by me in combat situations during a stint in Afghanistan in the early 1990's. Manufacturer's knife name stamped on blade tang, "Timba." Also has skull of sabertooth tiger, which is its trademark.
