This is one for the collectors: A 6" "pocket" level by J.Rabone & Sons,Birmingham, model no. 1627. In original condition - superb. The torpedo version is the 1625 - much more common. The body is padouk, mounted in brass, and is undamaged. This one has the little brass feet on the base. All the markings are very clear, bubble glasses are intact and working. Superb workmanship.
