Up for your bidding pleasure is this fantastic set of early 20th century Tiffany & Co. sterling silver candlesticks. Dating to c1907, these candlesticks are of incredibly elegant, classically-inspired design from one of the finest American makers of luxury accessories. Each stands approximately 5 1/2" tall, bases measures 3 1/8". Stunning engraved design adorns not only the base, but the column of the candlesticks as well. Top of candlesticks slide out smoothly. One is stamped with a 4 and the other with a 13. Column andlesticks are in fantastic condition with no dents, scratches or pock marks. Clearly marked on the bottom which reads: TIFFANY & Co 16758B MAKERS 6936 STERLING SILVER M 5070 CEMENT FILLED 4. These candlesticks were owned by a very prominent family who resided in historic downtown Charleston, SC. Please see my other listing for a fabulous bowl in it's original Tiffany bag from the same estate. Selling with no reserve. Yours for the bidding. Bowl not included in this auction.
