This is a very lovely old pair of art deco porcelain figurines. The lady in the red and black skirt is in very good condition, having only some wear on the gold gilding, and some paint loss on the front of her skirt, as can be seen in the pictures. Her skirt appears to have been cold painted. She stands 10 inches (25 1/2 cm) tall, and is unmarked. The other pretty little lady is also in very good condition, having only a little wear on her nose and some very, very fine glaze crazing--it is hardly noticeable, and takes nothing away from her beauty. She stands 7 1/2 inches (19 cm) tall. This figure is marked "British" on the back. These deco dames will make a wonderful addition to your collection, or would make great starter pieces! Thank you!
