FABULOUS Pair of TWIN or SINGLE size ANTIQUE BEDS...These beds were made in the 1870-80's & are in the Victorian style called Renaissance Revival. They have a tall headboard with a carved~molded pediment or crest, applied roundels & applied fruit or nut cluster. I believe the wood is Walnut. Both of these beds have their original side rails & each bed comes with 6 wooden support slats. Included with each bed is the original OLD~ANTIQUE "metal-chain style" box spring (see photo). ALSO included with each bed is a custom made mattress. The condition on both beds is very good ~ a great pair of CLEAN antique beds !! Size: HEADBOARD ~ 66 1/2" high x 42 1/2" wide x 2" deep, FOOTBOARD ~ 26 1/2" high x 42 1/2" wide x 2" deep, each bed is 76" in LENGTH overall & 72" in length WITH-IN in head and foot board. The mattress size is 37" wide x 70" long x 10" deep (the mattress height is 26" from the floor to top of mattress). These beds are listed at the price of the custom mattress alone. I am listing these beds with LOCAL PICK UP ONLY...I live in Oceanside CA. 2 hours south of L.A. off Interstate 5. If someone is looking for a GREAT pair of VICTORIAN Beds " They Are" !!!
