A wonderful pair of Bohemian hand painted art glass vases in excellent condition. The glass is milk white, painted with a cream background. T is no wear to the background or the handpainted scene of children playing by a fountain. T is minor wear to the gold banding. The painting is finely done and highly detailed. They are typical of Ahne pieces but are unsigned. The vases are fairly large, measuring 10.5 inches tall and 4.5 inches wide. They are not as yellow as shown in the fourth photo. Photos 1-3 shows the color correctly. Each is marked on the bottom with the numeral "7". An impressive pair of late nineteenth century vases fresh from a Connecticut home and new to the market. Shipping is insured Parcel Post with delivery confirmation. I do not end auctions early or use Buy it Now.
