Pair Antique Chinese Monochrome Bottle Shaped Vases, Mohammedan Blue, 20thC

This is wonderful pair of Mohammedan blue, or Persian blue, monochrome Chinese porcelain vases. They are bottle shaped, and are an incredible color, lighter than a cobalt blue. The top rims are glazed in white, with a .7-inch band of blue inside the necks; the balances of the interiors are glazed in white. The underside of the bases are glazed in blue; the rim foot on each is unglazed, and in an off-white. Dimensions (in inches): 8.0 Tall X 4.5 Widest Width. Weight: 1 Lb., 14 Oz.
