A PAIR OF DRESDEN HELENA WOLFSOHN LIDDED PEDESTAL URNS - WATTEAU, GILT & FLORAL A very handsome pair of Dresden porcelain lidded urns from the factory of Helena Wolfsohn. Each standing 12" tall and 4¾" wide. Decorated with typical Watteauesque panels interspersed with black floral panels. Similar design to pedestals and square feet. Lavishly decorated with gilt. One urn and lid is in perfect condition, with no wear to the pattern nor gilt. The second urn has a restored lid (it has at some stage been in two!) plus a restored 'flake' to the gilt band at the top of the pedestal (see photos). Similarly this second urn shows no wear or rubbing to the pattern nor gilt. Colours and gilt still fresh and vibrant. A superb pair.
