We hand select everything we sell from a small group of "house cleaners"-people who buy estates in Belgium and France. That way, we pay the lowest prices. We try to carry a wide variety of high quality, affordable antiques-something for everyone! We have no store-only direct sales of shipping containers to dealers and our eBay business. No Reserve Auctions Starting at $1 : We believe in true auctions, and we're willing to lose money on an auction as long as we continue to make a profit on average. We occasionally set low reserves on special interest items. If we do have reserves, they will be set at true wholesale price or below. We also sometimes sell special interest items with Buy-it-now/Make an Offer -simply offer us what you are willing to pay and we'll consider it!Excellent Customer Service : We promise to keep you informed, to listen to your concerns and solve problems. In almost all cases if you aren't fully satisfied you can return your purchase for a refund of the purchase price. You can buy with complete confidence since we accept returns.Descriptions You Can Rely On : You won't see a lot of fluff in our descriptions. We try to communicate what you need to know with accurate words and high quality photos. We aren't experts in everything we sell, but we promise to tell you what we know and show you accurate photos of items we're auctioning. Delivery/Shipping : For shipping, we will work with you to assure quality shipping for your purchase. However, for things like this that are too large for UPS or the Post Office, the cost of shipping, selection of shipping method and coordination of shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
