These absolutely magnificent hand painted porcelain cherub wall sconces with very fine detail and applied floral decoration are exceptional in every way. They are very impressive pieces each measuring overall 11" tall by 9" at their widest point. I can't put enough emphasis on the outstanding quality as they magnificent from every angle and the eye is naturally drawn to them. The styling is very similar to Meissen/ Dresden and these pieces have superb quality comparable to that of the famous German Porcelain factories however please note that I do not believe that they are that old even though the porcelain mark to the reverse is that of two crossed swords below a letter R.
