Item - Pair of Heisey Candlesticks with Prisms Description - This auction is for a pair of gorgeous vintage glass candlesticks in Heisey's #300 (Peerless) pattern, dating back to the very early 1900s. Each candlestick stands 9" tall, and each one has a bobeche and 10 prisms. The octagonal-based candlesticks are signed with the Heisey "Diamond H" embossed logo on the sides. Both bobeches have chips on the sides - one has one, and the other has two, but none of the chips adversely affect their ability to stabilize the candle cups. The sterling silver cups have some denting, but hold candles just fine. This really is a beautiful pair, and you just don't come across these with the prisms all that often! IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: PLEASE use the calculator at the bottom of the auction for shipping rates. I charge only the EXACT shipping amount, but it will vary based on your location. I ship strictly via USPS Priority Mail unless it is an oversized, or very heavy article. The reasons for this are: 1 - It gets to you faster, 2 - Less time in transit = less time USPS has to try to break it, 3 - USPS provides boxes, so unless it is a large item, I don't have to charge any packaging fees. This has been a personal policy and it has worked out quite well for folks. International Bidders - I will ship internationally, but only if the bidder contacts me BEFORE placing a bid, since shipping charges can vary greatly to outside the US.Be sure to check out my other items !
