This lovely pair Portieux Vallerysthal Candlesticks measures about 7-5/8" tall, and a 4 in. square base. The entire candlesticks press molded, and the foot section has fantastic figural elements on all four sides. So far all that I could find as far as any damage is one flea bite on the first ledge on the miter, but it is sooo small. It is a lovely pair of old French Glass Candlesticks. They really glow a little under black light...really beautiful color just with the sun light....thanks so much for looking and have a blessed day *I love these soooo much that if you don't love them they can come home...:)
