Offering a matching pair of antique majolica ceramic penny banks. Each is about 3 1/2'' tall. Probably German- or Austrian-made. The man has been opened from the bottom at some time. He has a tight hairline that runs from the slot to the top of his right ear. T's some ''dinks'' on some of the flower petals and the tip of his hat. And a tiny flake on his nose. The woman is unopened, with the numbers 30 and 9554 impressed on the bottom. She has an old dink in her collar and and on the back ridge of her hat. T's a glaze skip that shows white on the corner of her mouth. Otherwise, I'd say this unusual old couple has held up well! Shipping in the U.S. $5.25 plus optional insurance based on the winning bid amount.
