Beautiful pair of antique Nippon hand painted porcelain vases each measuring 5 7/8" tall X approximately 3 1/2" in diameter. They have an elegant collared neck with 3 buttressed handles. Front of vases have a vibrant hand painted floral featuring a deep burgundy rose, a soft pink rose and a buttery yellow daisy all set amidst pastel shaded green leaves. The other 2 floral still life medallions on each vase have only soft pink roses and pastel leaves. T is quite a bit of hand gilding some of which is raised and beaded. Hardly any wear to gilding, just a touch on the top points of each handle. Vases are each signed on their bottom with the Nippon Hand Painted Green M In Wreath mark. No chips, cracks, repairs or damage. Hard to find a matching pair of antique Nippon vases in such excellent condition. $12.00 shipping plus insurance in continental US. Auction must be paid for within 10 days. International buyers must pay with Paypal or email for other options. INSURANCE REQUIRED.
