I ship priority mail, insured and to US locations only. PAIR OF ART DECOT HAT DISPLAY MANNEQUIN HEADS. Pair of Stunning Art Deco Plaster Mannequin Hat Store Displays. 13 1⁄2 x 8 1/2 . A very unique treasure for true art deco lovers such as myself! I found these in a local antique store about 25 years ago, and have not seen anything like them since, during all these treasure hunting years. They both have some surface chips and surface discolorations due to age but the overall impression is in good condition and does not effect the stunning and nostalgic impression. Main chips are visible on these photos. The only chip that catches the eye is on the chin of the blond but that can be repaired by skillful hands. Lips have some red gloss that is not original. They seem so alive! At one time I had them displayed on a bed in front of pillows and they looked too surreal, you must try that! Addendum 8/15: It just occurred to me to add this tidbit. When you turn the brunette head up side down, you hear a noise like some sand and a couple of pebbles are moving inside her head. I wonder if that has been added for weight. If you look way up inside the heads of these mannequins youâe(tm)ll see a paper stuffed in a whole. Thatâe(tm)s why Iâe(tm)m thinking that the noise comes from the weight filler.
