Offered for auction is a very nice pair of Bird Pictures. The birds are made entirely out of feathers. They are on a black background and the colors are vibrant. This was an early art form called Aztec Feather Art. These pictures come from Mexico. I'm guessing the date to be the 1950's or 1960's on these pictures. The inside measurement of the pictures are 14 3/4 inches X 6 3/4 inches. The outside measurement of the frames are 17 inches X 9 inches. The frames are in very good condition and are hand carved. The backs of the frames are held on with nails and t has also been tape put on the top and bottom. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU BID. I have low starting bids for the most part. If I don't describe the item as mint, don't expect it to be. If you purchase it way under what the item is worth, please don't complain about any tiny defects that I may have missed. Buyer to pay shipping according to the zone you live in plus Postal insurance. The shipping weight is 4 pounds. I accept PayPal, money orders, or checks.
