This is an original pair of signed Arts & Crafts solid bronze or brass candle table lamps with their awesome Roaring Twenties' hand sewn gold and silver mesh shades. The lamps seem more like bronze than brass. They are photographed for your viewing. Each lamp base is signed: "BRADLEY & HUBBARD MFG CO." inside their logo. They were originally top quality, exquisitely designed BRADLEY & HUBBARD candle sticks and were converted to lamps many years ago. The wiring on one of the lamps is not connected; however, both old cords should be replaced for safety reasons. The lamps can be converted back to candlesticks, but, personally I feel they are very elegant and stately the way they are now. T is a small opening on each base for their electric cord. The old bulbs are included. The lamp shades have openings on the inside to rest on the bulbs. The lamps measure approximately 18 ½ inches high and 5 inches wide. The candlestick bases are approximately 12 inches high. The bases have a beautiful patina. The bases and their shades are in very good condition, with no cracks and no chips. This is an excellent opportunity to obtain a quality and beautiful pair of Roaring Twenties Arts & Crafts BRADLEY & HUBBARD candle table lamps for a very decorative addition for a collection/display/use! I answered a potential buyer's question about the shades and printed it so that all could see it. Upon further examing the shades, I really feel that all of the thousands of tiny beads are made of glass rather than plastic because of their feel and and their appearance. Whatever kind of beads they are, the shades are outstandingly beautiful and add to the very special elegance of these lamps!!!
