Lovely pair of painted armchairs called Marquise by the French and made of beechwood. This pair is nicely ornate with the classical Louis XV motifs. The upholstery might need to be replaced. The cabriole legs support the piece. Circa date 1890. Dimensions 30high/ 15seat height/ 29wide/ 17deep.
