These two heart breaking slate ornaments were found in Harrison County, Indiana along the Ohio River. The end of the Anchor Pendant has groups of tally marks along the bottom edge and a very deeply engraved cross hatching along one edge a treatment that I have never seen done before on an anchor. This piece measures 2.1/8 X 2.25. The other piece is about of a third of a classic Adena Expanded Center Gorget. This piece shows classic Adena Drilling being drilled from both sides meeting in the middle leaving a small overall opening. These are some great study pieces and all guranteed to be 100% authentic and unaltered. If you have any questions please feel free to email. Thank you, Mooch
