I've been collecting various versions of this radio for years and have had perhaps 30 or more of them pass through my hands, but I have never seen two like this, especially as a pair. Despite its outwardly simplistic design and humble one-tube circuit, this beautiful little set was one of the best radios manufactured at the dawn of commercial broadcasting (1921-1922). Silverplate on the dials of the early set has hardly any tarnish (remarkable for these dials), and the bakelite panel of the later version is mirror-like in its reflectivity, without having ever been polished. Chassis of both radios are pristine, and the cabinets are about as good as you'll ever find on unrestored read more
