I hear that Martha Stewart ran an article about these in the Spring? I haven't had a chance to read it, but would like to. This is a pair fo Jade Tree decorations. One is a potted Persimmon and the other is a Daffodil. T is some minor chipping and maybe a missing leaf or two. Please look at the pics. They both display nicely, and still have their paper labels intact. Each is about 5.5 inches tall. If you have private feedback, please don't bid on my auctions. I also need to point out that the terms below are not negotiable. If they are not to your liking, please do not bid. I think I am fair and hate to keep expanding the 'rules', but t are some unscrupulous folks out t, and eBay has ceased to support the seller in these agreements, so please take a moment to read the paragraph below. Please feel free to ask questions, as this item is being sold as-is. These are non-refundable estate items; this includes those of you who choose to use PayPal for your purchase. Domestic shipping will be $9 for priority, and insurance is required. Please note I finally got my 1st negative feedback from a buyer who did not purchase insurance, and it was such a hassle with PayPal that I debated cancelling accepting that form of payment. I even offered to split the difference with that person, but that was not good enough. Let's see how it goes from The buyer actually got PayPal to honor a 'Significantly not as described claim' for a frame which was damaged in shipment; as if I had intentionally shipped a broken frame in place of the one pictured. Oh well, I am almost healed from the experience, but think that PayPal is risking a Class Action lawsuit for helping this misguided buyer to perpetuate fraud. From the number of sellers who no longer accept PayPal, I think t is a huge class out t waiting to be tapped. Maybe with the way the economy is going, t is another Elliot Spitzer type out t waiting for a source of revenue? So, now please understand that I am not responsible for any damage that might happen once your treasure leaves my care. I can think of 3 things that have been damaged at this point in this enterprise, so even though it is a very small percentage, it is possible despite my best efforts to package and protect your item in transit. Since you are purchasing insurance, in the unlikely event damage occurs to your purchase, by bidding, you agree to deal with the Post Office to resolve the claim. International bidders are encouraged, but please be patient as it can sometimes take a while for your purchase to reach you! Please write, I would be happy to give you a shipping estimate. If your address is in NV I'll now have to charge sales tax, since this has become a part-time business. You can also send me a valid resale certificate. Please look at the other items from these fabulous estates and keep watching for more treasure to come! I hope to restore some fun to this effort! Oh yeah, I also do not end auctions early.
