Up for auction now is a pair of vintage mini picture frames. I am not sure how old they are, but most of this type of frame was popular during the 20's and 30's. The motif is military--the picture will appear to be draped in the reverse painted American flags. They measures 3 1/2" x 2 3/4" and the opening for the photos measures 1 3/4" x 1 3/8". They are in good condition--just flea bites around the lower edges--hardly noticeable. The backs are in perfect condition. 's the perfect thing for the Fourth of July. Collectors, take note!
