This is a pair of original new old stock (unused) cylinder phonograph record brushes made by the Blackman Talking Machine Co. These were meant to clip on the back side of the reproducer carriage on cylinder phonographs such as Edison Standards, Homes, etc. You could probably bend the bracket and use it on a disc reproducer like a Victor Exhibition. (These are actually new old stock from the Regina company, and appear to have been possibly supplied for use on Hexaphones.) In any case, cheap money for neat early items that you can use.
Good luck, and thanks for looking.
