Pair of silver candlesticks, weighted bases. Hallmark letter year slightly worn, but appears to be ‘W’ (1946), assay office Birmingham. Maker unclear. 10.5cm diameter at base. 24 cm high – a decent size. Some wear and tear to these, a few minor dinks. Note some wear to the tops of the hexagonal sections (see photos), where the silver casing has worn through slightly. Although these are no longer in brand new condition, you will see from the photos they still look good, great for entertaining. Or shabby chic, if you like. I’ve used them numerous times but now selling them as part of a general clear out. NO RESERVE. Thanks for looking. UPDATE - Having looked at the hallmark again, these may in fact be 1921 rather than 1946. There's a slight difference in the style of the 'W'.
