If an item is not as described, please notify us immediately and we will resolve any problems quickly and fairly. This auction is for a pair of matching opaline vases. They are probably mid to late Victorian era, possibly of Bohemian origin, I could be wrong. Approximate measurements: 15" tall by 21" (39cm x 54cm) at the widest part which is the top to middle section of each vase. These lovely vases have been hand painted with pretty flowers and gold leaf detail, giving an enamelled effect finish. The conditon of both of the vases is pretty good - with some minor and inevitable signs of wear and age, specifically some paint flaking, mainly to the top rims on both vases. However, I have not spotted any obvious flaws or imperfections at all, BUT please do view all of the images we have listed to assess the quality and condition for yourselves. The vases are quite heavy with a combined weight of about 2,5 kilos, without any packaging, so they will be expensive to post overseas, especially to ROW regions. Please allow a minimum of £60 into most regions outside of Europe. European countires will be about £40 and please note that we will use a reliable courier for all destinations outside of the UK.
