Pair Vintage Camillus Pocket Knives Santa Fe Stoneworks - NICE Offered here are a fine pair of vintage U.S.-made Camillus pocket knives, a three-blade knife very similar to the Victorinox Classic, and a pattern 870 Checkmate lockback. They measure about 2 3/8 inches closed. Both have been re-handled by the good folks at Santa Fe Stoneworks with very nice colored, patterned wood inlay on the front, and as is their custom, the reverse side with plain wood. They appear to date from two different periods, as the multi-blade knife has the tang stamp they used in the 1990s and the lockback has what I think is their mid 1970s stamp. Please take a look at the pictures to get your own sense of their condition. The multi-blade has been used and shows mild wear to the cutting blade; a few bits of the wood inlay have chipped off at the end opposite the keychain loop; it's in excellent working condition. The Checkmate appears little used if at all, with no obvious signs of wear on the very sharp blade. It opens and closes smoothly, and the lockback engages securely with no play at all. Its handles show very mild wear, perhaps from pocket carry or just as likely from moving around in a drawer. A great little pair of pocket knives, and beautifully finished -- I think you'll be very pleased. Bidding starts at $3.99 with no reserve. Shipping is read more
