Rare Pairpoint Reverse-painted Seagull Nautical Scene Table Lamp with matching glass base, 26" tall. Copley shade is 17" dia., artist signed "F. Rae" and "The Pairpoint Corp" stamp (Photo 4). Shown in Malakoff, Pairpoint Lamps, p.124; St. Aubin, Pairpoint Lamps , fig. 119. Shade has 2 inside cracks (photo 3): one on left 7 1/2" long and does not go through; one on right 5", goes through only at one spot with small flake. Also a small repaired rim chip near signatures. Shade may be turned so that none of the imperfections are seen! Base and shade were obtained separately. Mahogany foot was turned from original; 3-socket ffittings and standard applied to glass base by Pairpoint specialist. Base has optional in-line lighting and is in perfect condition (photo 2). Shade and base shipped separately for protection. Buyer pays shipping/insurance.
