Offering this two volume set titled The Golden Treasury of the best songs & lyrics in the English language by Francis T Palgrave, published by Dodge Publishing Co, no date but look to be 1890's. Handsome brown silk cloth covers adorned with ornate goldand green leaves and scrolls & lettering. Good condition on both, light wear on corners and spine edges. Pages clean and tight (exception - volume one has a very small ink spot on the top edge of a few pages, in margin only. Spines are secure. A gift inscription from 1905 is on inside first blank page. A wonderful old set for your library!
