The classic Pan American 1951 poster for Rome, shows the mighty Stratocruiser over the sites and sights of Rome. An original poster, NOT a reproduction, printed on heavyweight stock.. T is some damage as shown in the images, all in the upper part of the poster. Side and corner fraying and a hole of about 1 x half on inch to the top left of the M of Rome. Fraying would be covered by matting and the hole is repairable. It measure a huge 25 x 40 inches (64 x 102cm). Just a stunning poster from over 50 years ago, when to take off into the night bound for Rome on a PAA Stratocruiser was an unfulfilled dream for many. However you can now recapture the moment ....Shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail in a solid tube, with suitable protective packaging so guaranteed to arrive safely. This poster is not seen very much as an original, so is your chance to own some Pan Am history.
