You are bidding for a sterling souvenir spoon. This came from the Panama Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco in 1915. The spoon was made by the Shepard Mfg. Co. (mark appears on the back of the handle). The front handle has the image of a Victorian woman holding a wreath over the title of the Exposition. Below that is an eagle holding a flag with stars and stripes and the word San Francisco. The back of the spoon has the seal of the State of California, the seal of the Exposition, oranges and grapes, and the maker's mark, the word Sterling and the name of the Exposition inside the handle. It measures 4.25 inches long. The spoon is in good condition - t is one tiny "ping" in the bowl. Buyer pays 3.00 s/h plus insurance if desired. Thanks for looking! Check out my other items !
