Because of buyers abusing ebays return policy no returns will be accepted for items not as described or not authentic. All the photos used in the listing are of the actual items for sale. If you have any questions I will be happy to answer them usually within the same day. If you would like additional pictures sent to you I am always happy to do so. If you want a few pictures of the item I plan to send to you I would be more than happy to send them as well. All you need to do is message me and request additional photos. It's that easy. This way we can avoid any problems before shipment. Items are brand new unworn condition unless otherwise stated. If you don't like what you see in the photos then please do not purchase it. I have 100s of happy customers but have seen a significant increase in bad buyers which ends up costing me a lot a money. This way I am able to file a claim if applicable. Most all items are insured for loss or damage. but this does not include items worn or used and then damaged. It is damage that has occurred during shipping. This is why it is imperative that items are inspected upon delivery and I am contacted asap. Waiting a week or two and then claiming damage is not acceptable and items will not be eligible for exchange or refund. If item is legitimately damaged during shipment and I have more of the same items available item will need to be send back to me at my expense and exchanged for a new one. If there is not another one of your items available a refund will be given once item is returned and claim is filed, accepted and paid. Once the insurance company reimburses me I will refund you. If returned item shows signs of wear no refund will be given and item will only be sent back to buyer if buyer pays for return shipping.All items are sold as is with NO warranty expressed or implied.if you are purchasing Christmas gifts I would highly recommend upgrading your shipping. for the holiday season I will be offering priority mail which is said to deliver in 1-4 business days for a discounted price of 3.95.I am already seeing significant delays in delivery to areas of Michigan, New York, Ohio and Texas. delays in excess of 2 weeks late. this is because USPS has recently shut down several distribution centers across the country. So it is imperative for online shoppers to shop early and choose a faster shipping service to ensure timely delivery before dec. 24th.To help out with this I will be shipping Monday -Saturday and any purchases made before 1:30pm est will go out that same day. after that time I will do my best but will more than likely ship it out the next day as per my normal handling time.I will offer to those who want it an expedited shipping service for 18.99. this is actual cost via USPS. this service has a delivery time of 1-2 business days and requires a signature in order to be delivered. if you need this service please message be either during checkout or through ebay messages after purchase.
