About 1915, Harris made a historic series of panoramic views of St. Augustine, Florida, the oldest city in the US. St. Augustine was founded in 1565. This is perhaps the most famous of the views looking west to east and clearly shows the Castillio de San Marcos, also known as Fort Marion on the left and on the right is seen Anastasia Island with the lighthouse in the background. An absolutely stunning view. This is a reprinted issue of that photo, and it is matted. The mat has some water soiling on the right end. The image is unblemished. Image is 30 1/2" long and really fills a wall. I have priced shipping without mat, which you may want to replace. If you want mat left in place , you must notify me so other shipping can be figured. DO NOT PAY EBAY until I send you an invoice with or without mat as you decide. This is a gorgeous image very, very seldom seen. Shipping includes delivery confirmation.
