This is a PANTAC Brand Weesatch, hard to find Multicam Plate Carrier that can be converted into a chest rig in seconds.The item is used but is in outstanding condition. The only signs of wear are duck tape residue on the shoulder pads, and the word "Roughnecks" sharpied on the drag handle. It holds 12 M4 mags in internal pouches. The rig also has several pouches on it which include the following:Diamondback Tactical I.D.
