This is a circa 1975 (1970-1980) PAPAGO BASKET/BOWL. Excellent to Mint condition with NO stitch loss as you can see from photos. The RIM is in perfect condition (no breaks or loss) and the basket has excellent structural integrity. All natural colors/tones (darkbrown and beige) - no dyes. The size is 11 inches rim to rim and 2 3/4 inches deep. Very attractive basket with a open wing span eagle design! Both sides photographed. Light patina from age! A quality and antique Native American basket Guaranteed Authentic PIMA or PAPAGO Basket - most likely Papago (Tohono O'odham).
