Gorgeous Cup & Saucer
Butterfly handle

Sweet Tea Cup and Saucer by Paragon of England. Fine English Bone China. All but the base of the cup, and the center of the saucer are a pale blue or green, maybe even Robin's Egg. The other main color is pink. The most charming part of the set is the butterfly that serves as the handle of the cup! He's pink around the wings, echoing the color of the base of the cup. Very pretty detail. This set is in excellent condition. No cracks or crazing. T's a VERY tiny chip in the paint only on the edge of the cup - possibly even a prodution fault. I don't see a pattern name, but the number 7898 preceded by some type of letter or figure is painted on the bottom of the saucer.
