Parisian Street Scene Original Oil Paining On Canvas Signed Oliver A very fine original oil painting, signed Oliver. The painting depicts a Parisian city scene with people walking down the street. The painting has a very distinctive and effective style, the people are painted as thin characters, and the ground is covered with puddles of water, which shimmer with light. This is an accomplished work with good use of light and shadow and the composition is simply first class. The painting is reminiscent of the work of Andre Gisson on the same subject. The painting is in fine condition and is presented in a wooden frame that is in fine condition. This is a fine piece of art and is highly accomplished and would grace any home or private collection.
