Insurance is INCLUDED in my total, but as noted, it's an option and breaks down like this: $1.45 for the 1st $50.00 of insured value and $2.50 for the first $100 of insured value. After the first $100, it goes in $100 increments at $1.00 per additional $100.00 of insured value. If you do not pay for insurance, I WILL NOT be responsible for any loss or damage the item might incur in shipping. (It can be confusing but remember this, the post office will require proof of payment for whatever item might be claimed so 'over-insuring' is a tough one to reap the reward from.
