As a young man, this gentleman stared collecting autographs of well know people. When a First Day Stamp was issued by any Post Office, he would send that stamp on the cancelled envelope to the individual and request an autograph on the envelope itself. What you have is an autographed envelope of Park Chung-hee, the President of the Republic of Korea, 1961 - 1979. It was issued by Korea commemorating his inauguration as the Fifth President of Korea. The envelope and stamp is postmarked December 17, 1963. Also included is the President's Calling Card. This would be a great addition for any collector!!
