This is a cedar blue Parker 51 vacumatic fountain pen,full size.Nice Parker imprint,code date 1947-3rd quarter.Beautiful 1/10th 16K Gold filled cap with NO dents or dings and superb full blue diamond.Blind cap is a tad darker color but is cedar blue.However-the best thing is the big fat GOLD nib. Not sure what size,but hoping by the photos it will tell you its not you're average nib!!
