PARKER 61 FOUNTAIN PEN WITH GOLD FILLED CAP Pictured is a vintage 5 1/4" black plastic fountain pen, with a gold filled cap. The cap has a subtle striped design of alternating yellow and white gold bands. It has hall marks indicating that the cap is 12K GF and says Parker 61 Made in USA . The plastic body behind the pen is in very good condition. The pen and nib (appears to be fine-medium) are in very good condition and the pen writes perfectly well and is very smooth. See picture of writing sample. The plastic cover of the pen has some scratches that could have been caused when inserting the gold cap cover or rubbed against something. The gold arrow on the plastic cover behind the nib is bent a little. You can live with these imperfections and have an excellent writing instrument but this is not a new pen and is sold "AS IS" .
