You are bidding on a 1st generation used Parker Vacumatic in laminated celluloid burgundy. 119 mms, short blind cap, lock down metal filler, gold filled hardware and three band cap. It will need a new sac to become a 'writer'. I don't notice any brassing so it must have rolled around in a drawer for a very long time. Perfect burgundy red color, the barrel imprint shows it was made in the 3rd quarter of 1934. Both section and both jewels are also burgundy. The tu tone nib is the early USA/Parker type with 8 feathers on either side. Most of the platinum was polished off which was common during the nib production. Some traces can be seen on the edges. The nib will write a semi flex fine. A beaut of a pen with no problems. 5 day auction, bidding starts at $100. USA postage $5.80. Thanks and good luck.
