Parker-Edwards USA Jigged Bone Handle Pocket Knife NR. Up for bid with no reserve, I have this Parker-Edwards, bone handle pocket knife. This is a single blade knife. The blade is deeply hollow ground and it has the profile of a straight razor. The blade is made of stainless steel. It's tang is stamped on both sides. The front of the tang reads: "PARKER-EDWARDS JACKSONVILLE, AL." and the opposite side of the tang reads: "1501 USA". The blade has a lightly etched and slightly worn logo on its nail nick side, it is an eagle with a banner that says: "Eagle Brand Knives". The blade measures 2-15/16 inches long, including the tang, from the front edge of the bolster to the blade tip. The overall length of the knife with the blade open is 6-15/16 inches, and the length with the knife closed is 4-1/32 inches. The handle scales are bone and they have a light jigging pattern. The bolsters are nickel silver and the liners are brass. Item condition : This is a used knife. All surfaces show wear and age. The blades edge is presently dull. The edge is uniform and is without evidence of excessive resharpening. The very tip of the blade has a tiny bend (see photos).
