Great vintage Parker collection of wildlife lock back knives in a nice display case. Twelve knives total and this is a numbered set--each knife blade is engraved with the number 220. I have seen this set before, but the other sets were not serialized.The knives are high quality Parker IMAI and have surgical steel blades, made in Japan. Each knife has attractive amber bone stag handles which are well matched--the set as a whole is very nicely matched. Knives range in size from 5" to a hair under 9" overall opened length.Each knife also has engraved brass bolsters and each blade is etched with a different animal. The animals include big game animals such as moose, bear, big horn sheep; and fowl such as wild Canada geese and bald eagle.This superb set of knives is handsomely displayed on blue felt in a hard wood display case. Holes in back will allow for case to be hung on the wall. Case measures 20 ½" wide by 23 ¼" high and has a plexiglass front. Case is excellent condition with just one small nick out of the wood on the front right. The felt is in great shape, with no tears, holes, or bare spots. T are some faint scratches on the plexiglass that are really only visible if the light hits it just right.All knives are in excellent, as new condition, having spent their lives in the display case.
